Chopped Rod and Custom Show 09. Newstead Vic.

The father in law and I left town at 5 Sunday morning to head down to Newstead. We got there at about 8, and by the looks of it, we could have had a hour or so more sleep in! Plenty of cars about on the oval, but not too many people, and the ones that where milling around, they looked like they had a pretty good time on Saturday night!

After wandering around for a bit and taking some snaps, the weather started to fine up, and the sound of uncorked headers and zoomies started to fill the air as the hotrods and customs moved in to stake their claim on the oval.

The Signs on the gate explained it for those who weren't too sure what the Chopped show was about.....

Caught up with Luke from Fuel Magazine for a chat and he introduced me to his mate Craig, who owns this bitchin' A coupe, if I was to say I didn't like it, I'd be a liar.

Well, thats about enough talking from me, I wish we'd have been there for the entire weekend, from the looks of it we missed out on a awesome time. Will definatly mark this one in for next year. Well done to the Chopped crew and all the guys who made it a success!

Oh, and one final thing...........
